1. General
1.1. These Terms govern use of the Tikento website and service (tikento.com, the "Service"), owned by TIKENTO LLC (the "Company", "we"), by any users (the "User").
1.2. By using the Service, the User agrees to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.
1.3. Specific relationships are governed by dedicated documents: the agreement with organizers — the Organizer Offer; ticket purchase — the Ticket Purchase Offer; data processing — the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Use of the Service
2.1. The Service provides features for event organization, registration, ticket sales, payment collection, communications and analytics. The Company's role and allocation of responsibility are described in the dedicated documents (1.3).
2.2. The User shall use the Service lawfully and in good faith and shall not:
- infringe third-party rights or the law;
- post unlawful, misleading or prohibited content (see the Event Publishing Rules);
- interfere with the Service, gain unauthorized access, use malicious code, or scrape data without permission;
- use the Service for mailings without recipients' consent (see the Anti-Spam Policy).
3. Account
3.1. Some features require registration. The User is responsible for the accuracy of data, safeguarding access and actions in the account.
3.2. The Company may suspend or terminate access upon breach, legal requirements or security threats.
4. Intellectual property
4.1. The Service, its software, design, trademarks (incl. "Tikento") and other items belong to the Company or are used lawfully. Use without permission is prohibited.
4.2. User-posted content remains the User's property; the User grants the Company the right to use it as necessary to operate the Service.
5. Disclaimer and liability
5.1. The Service is provided "as is." The Company takes reasonable measures for availability but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation.
5.2. The Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; mandatory consumer rights are preserved. The Company is not responsible for organizers' events or organizer–buyer relationships (see the dedicated documents).
6. Changes and final provisions
6.1. The Company may amend these Terms by publishing a new version; continued use means consent.
