1. Purpose
1.1. This Policy governs Organizers' use of the Tikento communication tools (email campaigns, automated reminders, Telegram notifications, etc.).
2. Organizer obligations
2.1. The Organizer sends messages only to recipients who have given the Organizer consent (e.g., its event participants) and within stated purposes. Advertising is sent only with the recipient's consent (Art. 18 of the Federal Law "On Advertising").
2.2. The Organizer does not use the Service for unsolicited bulk mailings (spam), purchased/third-party lists, or messages misleading as to sender and subject.
2.3. Each advertising/informational message contains sender information and a working unsubscribe method; unsubscribe requests are honored promptly.
2.4. The Organizer is the operator (controller) of recipients' personal data and is responsible for the lawfulness of processing (see the DPA).
3. Company rights and measures
3.1. The Company may set technical limits, monitor compliance, and suspend mailings and tool access upon complaints, high unsubscribe/spam rates or breach of this Policy.
3.2. The Company may require proof of a lawful basis for mailing and reimbursement of losses caused by breach.
4. Liability
4.1. The Organizer is responsible for message content and the lawfulness of processing recipients' data. Complaints from recipients and authorities related to the Organizer's mailings are attributed to the Organizer.
