A. Buyer's consent to personal data processing
By providing my data on tikento.com, freely, by my own will and in my interest, I consent to the processing of my personal data by TIKENTO LLC (the "Operator") as follows.
- Data: name, email, phone, order and ticket data, information I provide in the event registration form, payment information as received from the payment provider.
- Purposes: placing and paying for the order, issuing and delivering the ticket, sending service messages about the order and event, support, security.
- Actions: collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, use, transfer (provision) to the event organizer and payment providers, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without automation.
- Recipients: the relevant event organizer (as data operator), payment providers and banks (incl. YooKassa, Tochka Bank), infrastructure and notification providers — to the extent necessary.
- Term: until purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn; thereafter deletion/anonymization within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.
- Withdrawal: by application to support@tikento.com or the Operator's postal address.
Consent is effective from the moment given. I have read the Privacy Policy.
B. Organizer's consent to personal data processing
By registering in Tikento as an organizer (organizer's representative), I consent to the processing of my personal data by TIKENTO LLC.
- Data: name, contacts (email, phone), account data, payment and tax details, data required for identification for the nominal account and AML/CFT.
- Purposes: conclusion and performance of the service agreement (offer), settlements, accounting and tax, identification, support, security, legal compliance.
- Actions and transfer: as stated in the Privacy Policy; transfer to banks and payment providers and to state authorities in cases prescribed by law.
- Term and withdrawal: until purposes are achieved or for statutory periods; withdrawal by application to the Operator (retaining data required by law).
C. Consent to advertising and informational mailings (separate)
I consent to receiving advertising and informational messages about the Tikento service and events from TIKENTO LLC via the channels I specify (email, Telegram, SMS/phone) and to processing of my contact data for these purposes, under Art. 18 of the Federal Law "On Advertising."
- This consent is voluntary and not required to buy a ticket or use the service.
