1. General requirements
1.1. The Organizer publishes in Tikento only events and content that comply with Russian law, these Rules and the Agreement (Organizer Offer).
1.2. The Organizer warrants it has the rights and permits to hold the event and use the posted content (text, images, trademarks, music, etc.).
2. Prohibited events and content
It is prohibited to post events and materials that:
- violate Russian law, third-party rights or intellectual property;
- contain extremist or terrorist appeals, incitement to hatred, or discrimination;
- relate to drugs, weapons, gambling and other restricted goods/services without the relevant permits;
- are fraudulent or mislead as to the organizer, dates, terms or ticket availability;
- contain pornography, material harmful to minors, or breach age-labeling requirements;
- breach advertising, sanctions or other restrictions.
3. Age labeling and special categories
3.1. The Organizer must indicate age labeling (0+…18+) and comply with special requirements for certain categories (cultural, sporting, children's, etc.).
4. Anti-fraud and payment security
4.1. The Company may review events and transactions for fraud indicators, request supporting documents, suspend sales/payouts and block access where there is risk to Buyers, payment systems or the Company.
5. Consequences of violations
5.1. On violation, the Company may unpublish the event, suspend sales and payouts, terminate the agreement and report to competent authorities. The Organizer indemnifies losses and third-party claims.
