1. General
1.1. This Policy sets out how TIKENTO LLC (the "Operator", "we"), owner of the Tikento service (tikento.com), processes personal data ("PD") and secures it.
1.2. It is drafted under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" ("152-FZ") and applies to all PD processed by the Operator.
1.3. It is publicly available at /en/privacy.
2. Roles of the Operator
2.1. The Operator processes PD:
- as an independent operator (controller) — for Organizers, site visitors, recipients of the Operator's mailings, candidates and counterparties;
- as a processor on instruction — for Buyers'/participants' data processed on the Organizers' instruction (the Organizer being the operator/controller of such data). See the DPA (/en/dpa).
3. Categories of data subjects and data
3.1. Organizers and their representatives: name, contacts (email, phone), account data, payment and tax details, identification data (for the nominal account and AML/CFT).
3.2. Buyers / participants: name, email, phone, order and ticket data, registration form answers, payment information (as received from the payment provider), technical data.
3.3. Site visitors: cookies and technical data (IP, device/browser, on-site actions, UTM) — see the Cookie Policy (/en/cookie).
3.4. Special categories and biometric data are not processed unless expressly stated and separately consented to.
4. Purposes
4.1. Providing Service access and Services; registration and account management.
4.2. Collecting and transferring payments; settlements; accounting and tax; legal compliance (incl. AML/CFT, Law 54-FZ).
4.3. Issuing and delivering Tickets; communications about orders and events.
4.4. Marketing communications — only with separate consent.
4.5. Support, security, fraud prevention, analytics and Service improvement.
5. Legal bases
5.1. Contracts (including this offer and the ticket purchase offer) and their performance; data subjects' consents; legal requirements; the Operator's legitimate interests not overriding subjects' rights. Consent to PD processing and consent to mailings are executed as separate documents and are not included in the text of the offer acceptance.
6. Processing and localization
6.1. Processing is performed with and without automation: collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
6.2. Localization. Recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating and retrieval of PD of Russian citizens are performed using databases located in the Russian Federation (Art. 18(5) 152-FZ).
7. Transfer to third parties
7.1. PD is transferred only on a legal basis and to the extent necessary, including to:
- Organizers — data of their Buyers/participants to run Events;
- payment providers and banks (e.g., YooKassa/YooMoney, Tochka Bank, etc.) — to collect and transfer payments and operate the nominal account;
- infrastructure and messaging providers (hosting, email/Telegram notifications, analytics) — as processors on the Operator's instruction;
- state authorities — in cases and in the manner prescribed by law.
7.2. Cross-border transfer. Default: no cross-border transfer.
8. Retention
8.1. PD is stored no longer than the purposes require or for statutory periods (e.g., accounting/tax documents — at least 5 years).
8.2. Upon achieving purposes or withdrawal of consent (absent other grounds), PD is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
9. Data subject rights
9.1. Subjects may: obtain information about processing; require correction, blocking or destruction; withdraw consent; appeal to Roskomnadzor or a court.
9.2. Requests to to be provided; the Operator responds within statutory deadlines.
10. Security measures
10.1. The Operator applies legal, organizational and technical measures under Arts. 18.1 and 19 of 152-FZ, including appointment of a person responsible for PD processing, threat/protection-level assessment (RF Government Decree No. 1119), protective tools, access control, incident logging and notification to Roskomnadzor within the prescribed time.
