This offer is addressed to individuals (the "Buyer") intending to purchase event tickets via the Tikento service (tikento.com), operated by TIKENTO LLC (the "Platform", "we").
Important: the contract to attend an event and receive related services is concluded between the Buyer and the Organizer. The Platform acts as the Organizer-authorized venue (agent) for ticket distribution and payment collection and is not the event organizer; it does not provide the event services and is not responsible for the event's conduct except as expressly required by law.
1. Definitions
- Organizer — the person conducting the event and acting as seller toward the Buyer.
- Ticket — an electronic document (incl. with a QR code) confirming the right to attend the event.
- Order — one or more Tickets selected by the Buyer.
- Service Fee — the Platform's remuneration, if charged to the Buyer (shown before payment).
2. Acceptance
2.1. Acceptance is the sequential performance of actions: selecting the event and tickets, entering data, reviewing the terms and paying for the Order. Acceptance means agreement with this offer and the Organizer's terms.
2.2. By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms the accuracy of the data and, where entering other persons' data, the existence of their consent to PD processing.
3. Subject
3.1. The Platform enables the Buyer to select, place and pay for Tickets and to receive an electronic Ticket. The seller under the Ticket is the Organizer.
3.2. The Ticket price is set by the Organizer. Before payment, the Buyer sees the total, including any Service Fee.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment is made in full when placing the Order by the methods available in the Service.
4.2. Depending on the settlement model selected by the Organizer, payments are collected either by the Platform — via payment providers and/or to the Platform's nominal account held at T-Bank (АО «ТБанк») in favor of the Organizer — or directly by the Organizer using its own payment provider. The recipient of the payment is disclosed to the Buyer before payment. Funds for Tickets belong to the Organizer; the Platform does not become their owner.
4.3. A cash receipt is issued in accordance with cash register legislation: where payment is collected by the Platform, by the Platform as intermediary, indicating the agent attribute and the Organizer's details as the service provider; where payment is collected by the Organizer, by the Organizer itself. Where the Organizer applies the special tax regime "Tax on Professional Income", the law does not require a cash receipt to be issued to the Buyer; settlement data is transmitted to the tax authority as prescribed.
5. Electronic ticket
5.1. After successful payment, the Ticket is sent to the specified email and/or available in the Service, usually within 5 minutes.
5.2. The Buyer is responsible for the correct email and for safeguarding the Ticket/QR code. Presentation of the Ticket by another person may be grounds for the Organizer to deny entry upon repeated use.
6. Refunds
6.1. Refund terms are set out in the "Ticket Refund Procedure" (/en/refund) and depend on the Organizer's policy and legal requirements (in particular, cancellation, substitution or postponement).
6.2. The obligation to refund the Ticket price lies with the Organizer. The Platform provides technical processing of the refund within the Organizer's funds and per that document.
7. Personal data
7.1. The Buyer's data is processed under the Privacy Policy (/en/privacy) and the consent given when placing the Order. Data is transferred to the Organizer as operator for the event.
8. Liability
8.1. The Platform is not responsible for the conduct, content, quality, cancellation or postponement of the event or for the Organizer's actions; event-related claims are resolved with the Organizer. The Buyer's statutory consumer rights remain against the proper respondent.
8.2. The Platform is not responsible for consequences of inaccurate data provided by the Buyer or for non-delivery of the Ticket for reasons beyond the Platform's control.
9. Final provisions
9.1. Governing law — Russian Federation; consumer rights under the Russian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights." The Russian version prevails.
